An annual inspection
We walk your home's exterior — roof lines, gutters, fascia, soffit, siding, trim, window seals — looking for anything that needs attention.
Preventive maintenance
Small things handled while we're there: resealing, minor caulk gaps, small openings. No extra charge, no return trip.
A Home Health Report
Photos of every elevation and clear recommendations sorted into Good, Monitor, Recommended Repair, or Urgent. Delivered in one business day.

One number for anything your home needs, and members go first on the schedule.

Most of what homeowners pay for — a section of siding, a fascia board, a window seal, localized drywall — is a Standard Repair. On those, your invoice prints our markup as $0. On an $8,000 Major Repair the fee is $800, shown on its own line, never buried in labor or materials.

One management and quality-control fee to run your project — on its own line as your Lavon Loyalty Fee, never folded into labor or materials. There's no markup on remodeling other than this fee.

Your fee is locked when the remodeling agreement is signed. Tenure accrues while your membership is active and continuous.

What membership does not include.
Repairs are not free. They're separate paid projects. What membership changes is the pricing — documented costs, a classification in writing, and either no markup or one labeled fee.
Remodels are not free either. Documented labor, materials, permits and third-party costs, plus your Lavon Loyalty Fee. Nothing else gets added.
This is not insurance or a home warranty. We don't pay for your damage and we don't handle claims.
The annual inspection is exterior-only. Visual, limited, and non-invasive.
We're not a 24/7 emergency service. Active leak, gas smell, electrical hazard — call 911 or your utility first, then tell us.

How do I know the documented cost is real?
Because you see it — the subcontractor invoice, the material receipt, the permit cost. Not a line item that says "labor," the actual paperwork.
What if you find something expensive?
You'll see photos and a documented cost, and you decide. Finding it isn't the same as committing to fix it.
Can I cancel?
Anytime from your billing portal. No phone call, no fee, no minimum. Your membership runs through the period you've already paid for.
If I signed up at my door, is there a cooling-off period?
Yes. Joining at your home rather than our place of business gives you three business days to cancel for a full refund, with no inspection performed.
Do you do the work yourselves?
Yes. We're a restoration and remodeling company — the inspection isn't a lead-generation gimmick for someone else's crew.
