$27/month, recurring until cancelled. Cancel anytime through your member portal — no phone call, no cancellation fee. Your first exterior inspection is scheduled within 30 days of your first payment. One exterior inspection per membership year. Repairs are separate paid projects; members pay documented direct labor, materials, and disclosed third-party costs with no additional Lavon markup on qualifying member repairs. This membership is not insurance, not a home warranty, and does not cover, insure, or pay for repairs. Not a 24/7 emergency service. Terms apply.
